Lesson 2: Threshold Covenant | The King Comes to Town
What is the significance of being in a covenant with God? To truly understand this, you need to comprehend the purpose of covenant in Biblical culture and get a revelation of the weight this concept holds. Lesson 3: The New Threshold Covenant | Covenant vs. Contract
Many people believe God punishes or rewards them based on their behavior, but this is not the model actually taught in the Bible. What is the difference in the role of a tourist going to visit a foreign country vs. an ambassador to that country? While they are both visitors, there is a world of difference between their goals for the visit and their level of authority. This lesson will help you take hold of the power and purpose you have as an ambassador of Christ through covenant authority.
Lesson 7: Why Pray? | Wrong Image of God
A common question Christians ask is “If God is in control, then why should I pray?” This struggle is often rooted in the wrong image of what a believer’s role is in prayer. In this lesson, you will discover how to pray effectively by properly viewing God’s heart and then stepping into your authoritative role in partnering with Him.
Lesson 8: God's Word Remains | Was Judas' Betrayal God's Will?
As soon as God speaks a word to your heart, the enemy sets out on a mission to steal or destroy it. He does this by distorting the image or word, driving you out of your place of habitation, and stealing your inheritance. The key to overcoming the enemy’s plan is discovering the difference between God’s will and your own free will and how they work together as you walk out your God-given mission.
Lesson 9: Job's False Image of God | Job Opens Doors in His Life
Job provides the best Biblical example of a person who initially had the wrong image of God. Job believed that his misfortune was God punishing him, when in fact it was the enemy seeking to sabotage his life so that Job would blame God. In this lesson, you will learn how to avoid this common deception of the enemy and remove opportunity for Satan’s torment by closing doors of blame and accusation.
Lesson 10: How Did Satan Access Job? | Paul's Thorn
Is God responsible? Is your treatment just? If you believe God is responsible for the injustice in your life, you will have a very difficult time trusting God. In order to resist the enemy, it is critical to know what comes from God and what comes from Satan. In this final lesson, you will discover the scriptural model provided by Paul to discern the source of trials in your life and solidify your trust in God as you walk in the power of His covenant authority.
